Dade Heritage Trust works to preserve Greater Miami’s architectural, environmental and cultural heritage. DHT’s advocacy program has assisted with the rescue, restoration and adaptive reuse of many historic venues throughout Miami-Dade County. Working with partner organizations and governments, Dade Heritage Trust has preserved and continues to advocate for responsible development and preservation of our community’s historic resources.

Dade Heritage Trust is also assisting the City of Miami and Miami-Dade County by creating surveys of historic neighborhoods to determine the number of historic structures and to help inform residents about the architectural, cultural and environmental heritage of their neighborhood. Photos by Greg Clark.
